How to join our virtual assemblies


You don't need to have a Google Account to participate in our Google Meet assemblies but you will need:



How to use Google Meet if you do not have a gmail account:


  • Go to or download and open the app on iOS or Android device.
  • Click Start new meeting and enter the meeting code you have been sent.
  • Click Join meeting. 


On your laptop or pc you may find it easier to browse to  click join meeting and enter the code that was texted to you.


How to use Google Meet if you have a gmail account:


  • In Google Calendar, click the event you want to join.
  • Click Join with Google Meet.
  • In the window that opens, click Join Now. 


You may experience difficulties however from some mobile devices if this is the case please let us know.

If you are using the app on a mobile phone your joining code will have been texted to you.

Dear Parents & Carers


We have received the following update from the Department for Education with regard to the coronavirus.

Today, we have launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 (coronavirus) related to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows:

Opening hours:  8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)


* No school should close in response to a suspected (or confirmed) COVID-19 case unless directed to do so by Public Health England.
