I was drawn to Elmtree Infant School's vision and values of empowering children to aspire to more incredible things. My son is currently enrolled at Elmtree. I am eager to contribute to the school's ongoing improvement and development to ensure that all children have an inclusive, diverse, and challenging educational experience. I am deeply committed to this vision and improving children's outcomes at this stage in their lives and beyond.
As a new governor, it is great to join a team that shares my passion for learning, is forward-thinking, and has a creative approach to developing successful strategies for long-term learning and improvement and an engaging approach to building relationships. I have several years of teaching experience, having worked in various primary schools holding multiple roles. I currently work for a primary school in another borough.
