Simon Pearce, Skills Governor

Having grown up in Watford, I have lived in Chesham since 2019 with my wife and our two children, who both attend Elmtree.

I joined the Governing Body in the 2025–26 academic year and currently serve as the Maths Lead.

I trained as a secondary science teacher in 2012 and am now an Assistant Headteacher at Chesham Grammar School, where I oversee data and examinations. Over the course of my career, I have worked in schools across Buckinghamshire, London and Madrid.

I am passionate about education and committed to supporting the Elmtree community. I look forward to contributing to the school’s continued success over the coming years.
