Hearing Dogs for the Deaf

Hunter's human Mum and Dad have sent us this update of how he is doing.

"Hunter is now 14 months old and is coming to the end of his training. He is doing very well with his sound work.

Cooper is nearly 9 months now and still learning. He is very well behaved but more cheeky than Hunter.

They love playing together but behave very well when they have their jackets on in town.

Thank you so much for supporting Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. It was a pleasure bringing the pups in to school."

Hunter came to visit!

We had a very exciting assembly on Tuesday 20th March. The puppy that we sponsored from the Hearing Dogs charity came into school. The children sat beautifully and listened to Mike and Clare who are Hunter’s trainers tell us all about his training and how well he is doing. Hunter sat beautifully too! Hunter will be completing his training soon and will then change a hearing impaired person’s life by becoming their ears.

Thank you so much to the families at Elmtree School and Nursery for helping this to happen.
